Tim Janis had the honor of collaborating with Environmental Artist Sibylle Szaggars Redford for the world premiere of The Way of the Rain – Voices of Hope, a benefit concert at Carnegie Hall for The Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) & The Way of the Rain (nonprofit organizations).
Special guests include Vice President Al Gore, Academy Award-winning director Robert Redford, Pulitzer Prize-winning author & poet N. Scott Momaday, Multi-Platinum-selling artist Loreena McKennitt, Grammy Award-winning artist Robert Mirabal, Top Billboard, Grammy and Emmy-nominated Celtic violinist Máiréad Nesbitt, and from Celtic Woman & Riverdance Lynn Hilary.

Tim Janis and actor Paul Greene pay a visit to St. Jude Children’s Hospital Director Tim Janis and actor Paul Greene hosted a screening of the new film Buttons: a Christmas Tale for the kids of St. Jude. Tim Janis will make a fifty-cent donation for each digital download or online DVD purchase of the film to benefit St. Jude with a minimum donation of $10,000.
By showing Buttons: A Christmas Tale at St. Jude Children’s Hospital it is our hope that we can bring a little inspiration and comfort to the kids and their families.

Tim Janis and the Golden Hat Foundation share a long connection which began in 2012 when Tim produced a star-studded concert at Carnegie Hall with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the Golden Hat Foundation, helping those living with autism. Special guests included Kate Winslet, Sarah McLachlan, Andrea Corr, Loreena Mckennitt, and many others.

Investing in our Youth
Tim Janis believes in providing mentoring opportunities for children around the world aiming to inspire today’s youth to pursue their dreams and work towards the futures they imagine.
Since 2008 Tim Janis has partnered with Public Television and music educators across the US, giving students the opportunity to showcase their music programs on local PBS broadcasts encouraging them in their musical aspirations. To date, Tim Janis has brought over 80,000 participating students on Public Television, with all costs donated by Tim Janis & Public Television.
Over $10,000 dollars in sheet music has been awarded to music programs from Tim Janis & Hal Leonard Music Publishing.
